TheWhiteam is seeking a Workflow Management & Task and Processes components Developer for a near-site role in Brussels. You will maintain and evolve Activiti/Camunda-based solutions and related Compass components, ensuring stability and alignment with specifications.

You will implement enhancements, migrations and performance improvements, develop new business functionalities, and ensure backward compatibility with legacy systems.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Angular/Java/REST API design and open standards.
• Experience with Activiti or Camunda workflow engines.
• Proven ability to develop and test complex web apps across frontend and backend layers.
• Familiarity with cloud tools and containerization.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD, Jira/Confluence, and Agile ceremonies.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and evolve workflow management solutions (Activiti, Camunda) and Compass components.
• Implement enhancements, migrations, performance improvements and maintenance tasks.
• Develop, test and integrate new business functionalities per specs.
• Ensure backward compatibility with legacy Compass components where needed.
• Investigate incidents and perform root-cause analysis to fix issues.
