Rhox in Belgium is seeking a Workday Consultant to configure HR processes and maintain complex Workday integrations. You will tailor HCM Core, Recruitment and Talent modules to our HR needs and ensure data integrity across systems.

The ideal candidate has medior Workday experience, with Studio and PECI integration exposure, and strong English and Dutch communication with HR and IT stakeholders. A hands-on role in a dynamic, cross-functional team awaits.

Qualifications

• Medior Workday Consultant or Analyst experience.
• Workday HCM Core, Recruitment and Talent expertise.
• Workday Studio and PECI integration experience.
• Understanding of hiring, job changes, compensation and payroll.
• Analytical problem-solving and clear communication with HR and IT stakeholders.
• Nice to have: Workday HCM, Integrations or Studio certifications.
• Experience with complex payroll environments.
• Workday reporting or Prism Analytics knowledge.

• Support daily operations and resolve system issues.

What you bring

• Medior Workday Consultant or Analyst experience.
• Workday HCM Core, Recruitment and Talent expertise.
• Workday Studio and PECI integration experience.
