Job summary

Inetum Belgium is seeking an experienced Wintel System Engineer to strengthen our Microsoft infrastructure capabilities. You will own and drive challenging infrastructure projects focused on Windows Server, Active Directory, SQL Server, and hybrid cloud environments.

You will design, implement, migrate and document across on‑premises and cloud environments, leading end‑to‑end migrations and ensuring business continuity with thorough validation and post‑migration support.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background in Microsoft infrastructure with 5–10+ years of hands-on experience.
• Windows Server 2016/2019/2022/2025 experience is required.
• Expertise in Active Directory (DNS, DHCP, GPO, FSMO).
• SQL Server 2019/2022, Always On, and Failover Clustering experience.
• End-to-end migration and modernization project delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, maintain and optimize Microsoft-based infra environments.
• Lead end-to-end server migrations and domain migrations including upgrades.
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and authentication services.
• Implement SQL Server environments and Always On availability.
• Coordinate hybrid cloud integration and migration rollouts.
• Prepare cutover plans, rollback scenarios and validation tests.
• Produce technical documentation and knowledge transfer to ops teams.
• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to ensure project delivery.
