Een bekende horecagroep in Eeklo zoekt een Winkelmedewerker voor de Doe-het-zelf afdeling. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor je eigen afdeling, adviseert klanten en zorgt voor de netheid van de winkel. We zoeken een klantvriendelijke medewerker met kennis van tuingereedschap en de mogelijkheid om in teamverband te werken. De functie biedt correct salaris, maaltijdcheques en een vast contract na de proefperiode.

Functieomschrijving

As a sales assistant in the DIY department of this store in the Maldegem region, your tasks will include:

• Being responsible for your own department
• Restocking products
• Providing advice to customers
• Processing deliveries
• Maintaining order and cleanliness
• Placing orders
• Working between 9:30 AM and 6:30 PM
• Working alternating weekends

The ideal profile for a sales assistant in the DIY department is:

• Customer-friendly
• Knowledge of gardening tools
• Orderly and tidy

• Able to work well in a team and independently
• Able to work 1 out of 2 weekends
• Able to work between 9:30 AM and 6:30 PM

Your tasks will also include:

• Bringing products to a department
• Placing products on shelves or racks
• Receiving and checking goods and products
• Checking the condition and storage of perishable products
• Removing products that can no longer be sold from the shelves
• Receiving payments
• Packaging and labeling products in stock or checking packaging and labeling
