Job summary

HumanInTech seeks a highly skilled WinDev specialist to analyse, document, maintain and evolve two strategic WinDev-based applications for school management and workplace health and safety. The role is hybrid in Brussels with 50% on-site, and full-time in 2026.

You will conduct technical audits, map architecture and data flows, produce documentation, manage risks, and support incidents through deployment. Requires expert WinDev, HFSQL, version control, French language, 3–5 years experience,

Qualifications

• Expert-level WinDev client-server development.
• Proficient in WinDev 2025 and HFSQL.
• Strong technical analysis skills and documentation.
• Experience with generation, compilation, deployment of WinDev apps.
• Fluent French (native).
• Must provide own WinDev licences and workstation.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical audits of both applications.
• Map architecture, data flows, interfaces and data replication.
• Produce architecture documentation for teams.
• Identify dependencies, licences, infrastructure and deployment procedures.
• Assess maintenance handover readiness.
• Identify risks and propose mitigations.
• Develop risk management strategy and modernization recommendations.
• Analyze incidents and support requests.
• Diagnose anomalies and propose fixes.
• Develop and validate functional enhancements with business.
• Perform technical testing and support UAT.
• Deploy fixes and improvements.
• Provide technical advice to managers and IT teams.
