Deutsche Windtechnik Belgium is seeking a Wind Turbine Service Technician to maintain and repair wind turbines across Belgium, ensuring maximum availability and safety. You will work on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and converter systems and report on site activities.

The role requires a MBO Level 3/4 in Electrical Engineering, 3+ years of industrial maintenance, English proficiency, a driving licence and willingness to travel between wind farms near Ghent or Brussels.

Qualifications

• MBO Level 3/4 qualification in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years industrial maintenance experience, wind energy preferred.
• Experience with low/high voltage installations and safety standards.

Responsabilités

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on wind turbines.
• Diagnose and fix electrical, mechanical and hydraulic faults.
• Support inspections, troubleshooting and root cause analyses.
• Complete service reports and maintenance documentation.
• Report incidents and work according to HSE procedures.
• Follow customer procedures and site regulations.
• Work safely with colleagues across teams and locations.
• Participate in on-call rotation including weekends and holidays.
