Lever, Inc. is seeking a Welsh Language Specialist for a Freelance AI Trainer project based in Belgium. The role involves evaluating, annotating, and improving AI-generated Welsh content for training and evaluation, ensuring accuracy, fluency, and cultural relevance.

The position is fully remote and contract-based, offering flexibility and exposure to cutting-edge AI tools. You will provide actionable feedback and help refine prompts and linguistic guidelines to support Welsh-language AI

Qualifications

• Fluent or native-level proficiency in Welsh with modern usage.
• Experience in translation, linguistics, teaching, editing, content creation or language research.

Responsabilités

• Review and annotate Welsh-language content used for AI training and evaluation.
• Assess AI-generated Welsh outputs for grammar, fluency, meaning, style and natural language usage.
• Identify linguistic, contextual and cultural issues and provide precise, actionable feedback.
• Analyze and document recurring error patterns to improve model performance.
• Evaluate whether generated content reflects Welsh linguistic and cultural context.
• Contribute feedback to prompts, evaluation methodologies and language guidelines.
• Apply consistent annotation and quality standards across tasks.
• Collaborate remotely with teams to resolve ambiguous cases.
• Review nuanced Welsh content with professional judgment.
