Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Weekend Shift Lead to provide operational leadership for Environmental Monitoring and Logistics during the weekend. You will ensure activities are safe, compliant with GMP, and carried out on time, setting priorities and supporting team members.

You will coordinate sampling, labelling, storage, and transport, while maintaining data integrity and documentation. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential for success in this on-site role.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in scientific field; GMP experience valued.
Experience coordinating weekend shift operations.
Knowledge of GMP, data integrity, and documentation practices.
Fluency in Dutch and professional proficiency in English; on-site weekend work.

Mansioni

Coordinating daily weekend activities across Environmental Monitoring, Quality Control Logistics, and sample management, including work allocation and schedule follow-up.
Coaching and supporting team members while promoting clear communication, collaboration, ownership, and a quality-focused culture.
Ensuring sample collection, receipt, labelling, registration, storage, and transport follow approved procedures.
Overseeing Environmental Monitoring activities and ensuring documentation is completed accurately and on time.
Serving as the first operational point of contact during the weekend shift and escalating deviations or safety risks promptly.
Supporting deviations investigations, CAPAs, change controls, audits, and readiness activities.
