Hotel Co 51 is seeking a Weekend Breakfast Attendant for Courtyard by Marriott Brussels EU and Le Cinquante et Un, to greet guests and maintain a welcoming breakfast area on Saturdays and Sundays.

The role focuses on setting up the buffet, guiding guests to the coffee and food options, and ensuring a tidy dining space, while delivering warm, hospitality-first service in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsabilités

• You will set up and maintain the breakfast buffet so that every quest can have the exact breakfast they want
• Ensure every guest knows where to find the coffee and the different types of food or give them the option have a special egg made by the kitchen team
• Clean up the tables when the guests are done with the breakfast so the next guests have a clean place to sit as well
• Make special coffee requests if asked
• Close up breakfast and prepare the restaurant for the lunch
