Hotel Co 51 is seeking a Weekend Breakfast Attendant for Courtyard by Marriott Brussels EU and Le Cinquante et Un, to greet guests and maintain a welcoming breakfast area on Saturdays and Sundays.

The role focuses on setting up the buffet, guiding guests to the coffee and food options, and ensuring a tidy dining space, while delivering warm, hospitality-first service in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsabilités

• You will set up and maintain the breakfast buffet so that every quest can have the exact breakfast they want
• Ensure every guest knows where to find the coffee and the different types of food or give them the option have a special egg made by the kitchen team
• Clean up the tables when the guests are done with the breakfast so the next guests have a clean place to sit as well
• Make special coffee requests if asked
• Close up breakfast and prepare the restaurant for the lunch

We are looking for a Flexijobber who would like to work as Breakfast Attendant on Saturday and Sunday in our hotel Courtyard by Marriott Brussels EU and our restaurant Le Cinquante et Un.

Do you love early mornings, warm greetings, and making people feel truly welcome? We are looking for a Breakfast attendant for the weekends, who will be create a great first impression for our guests as they start their day by making sure the buffet is completely filled, tables are cleaned and the guests are received with a smile.

Your Morning Routine Will Look Like This

• You will set up and maintain the breakfast buffet so that every quest can have the exact breakfast they want
