UCB Bio DS is seeking a Weekend Operations Quality Manager to oversee quality across USP, DSP and M&B at the Braine l’Alleud site. The role ensures regulatory and internal standards, and on‑site coverage for quality teams.

You will lead and coach the GMP Facilitators, manage deviations, CAPA and batch release processes, and partner with QA, QC, MSAT, and Regulatory Affairs to sustain compliance. This position requires strong English and a hands‑on leadership style.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry within Quality Assurance.
• Demonstrated experience in Upstream or Downstream Biologicals drug substance.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with autonomous decision making.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Weekend Quality Operations team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Oversee quality systems (Deviations, CAPA, Change Control) and batch review/release.
• Collaborate with QA, QC, MSAT, Regulatory Affairs and site quality leaders.
• Ensure weekend and weekday teams communicate effectively and maintain consistent quality standards.
• Drive governance and improvement initiatives across USP, DSP, and M&B activities.
