Netcompany Belgium is seeking a seasoned Webmaster to join our EU-focused digital team. You will support site owners, diagnose Drupal incidents, and maintain LAMP infrastructure, ensuring reliable deployments and security.

The role requires 5+ years of Webmaster experience, strong English communication, and deep Drupal hosting and CI/CD experience in AWS environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across Europe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional Webmaster experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• 5+ years of Drupal experience, including 4+ years in hosting, security and production support.
• 5+ years of Linux experience and 4+ years with LAMP environments (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP).
• 4+ years in Drupal deployment, release and deployment management.
• 3+ years of AWS experience, cloud development and CI/CD pipelines for web/Drupal environments.
• Experience with web content management in large multicultural organizations or EU institutions.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical support and follow-up for site owners and webmasters, addressing requests and operational issues.
• Diagnose and resolve Drupal site incidents, implementing workarounds to restore service availability.
• Perform root cause analysis of recurring incidents and implement corrective and preventive solutions.
• Support development teams with deployment activities, release preparation, and implementation procedures.
• Manage and maintain Drupal/LAMP infrastructure, including software configuration and hosting environments.
• Monitor and analyse Drupal site performance, identifying opportunities for optimisation and improved reliability.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD processes and manage development infrastructure, including AWS Cloud9-based environments.
• Manage software releases and controls, ensuring deployments comply with established procedures and quality requirements.
• Contribute to architecture reviews, security assessments, risk analyses, technical studies, and technology evaluations related to Drupal/LAMP infrastructure.
• Participate in technical working groups and user meetings, supporting testing, documentation, quality assessments, reporting, audits, and continuous improvement activities.

As a Webmaster, You Will

Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Communications, or a related field.
• More than 5 years of professional experience as Webmaster.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience with Drupal, including at least 4 years in Drupal hosting, web/Drupal security and production support.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Linux and 4 years with LAMP environments (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Drupal deployment, including release and deployment management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with AWS, cloud-based development and implementing and supporting CI/CD pipelines for web/Drupal environments.
• Proven experience in web content management, ideally within a large multicultural organization or EU institution.
