Stanley Stella seeks an experienced Digital & AI Platform Lead to own the health and evolution of its web ecosystem, including website, API and future web apps. You will guard against risk, drive stability, security and scalability, and collaborate with strategic web partners delivering development and support capabilities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Application Management, Service Management or Digital Platforms.
• Experience with business-critical web applications or e-commerce platforms.
• Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong alignment with ST/ST's core values of Respect, Transparency, Entrepreneurship and Customer-Centricity.
• Collaborate transversally within the IT / Data Transformation team.

Responsabilités

• Own the performance, stability and security of the web application landscape. Manage incidents, problems, releases and lifecycle activities.
• Drive operational excellence and monitor KPIs, SLAs and platform health.
• Lead architectural decisions for integrations with ERP, CRM and PIM, promoting standardization and scalability.
• Steer external partners and vendor reviews, ensuring knowledge and support readiness.
