ITproposal in Brussels, Belgium, is seeking an experienced Web Application Developer (PHP) to design, develop, test, and support secure web applications within a critical information system environment.

The role covers full-stack work across backend services and frontend interfaces, with a focus on CodeIgniter and Smarty templating, SQL databases, and DevOps practices. Hybrid work with 2 days onsite is required.

Qualifications

• Proficient in PHP 5.6/7 and modern web development.
• Experience with high-availability applications and multi-user systems.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful services and database SQL.
• Experience with CodeIgniter and Smarty templating.
• Ability to analyze requirements and provide technical solutions.
