Job summary

Rhox is seeking a mid-level web developer to design and implement APIs and components that move mainframe data into an open architecture. You will collaborate across teams and contribute to data exchange services.

The role requires strong PHP/JavaScript, REST, security by design, and experience with containers, DevOps, CI/CD, and databases (SQL/ PostgreSQL/ NoSQL). English B2 plus Dutch or French native.

Qualifications

• Proficient in PHP and JavaScript with REST APIs.
• Strong software architecture knowledge and design patterns.
• Experience with modern authentication standards (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT).
• Hands-on with containers, DevOps, CI/CD and GitLab.
• SQL/NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL; automated testing awareness.
• Focus on security-by-design and secure software practices.
• Problem-solver with attention to detail and proactive learning.
• Fluent in Dutch or French; strong English (B2).
