Description

For our client, a fast-growing and innovative biotech company, we are looking for a Warehouse Associate.

As a Warehouse Associate, You Will Be Responsible For

  • Receiving biohazard products (e.g., blood bags, viral vectors) in a controlled temperature environment.
  • Accurately processing inventory receipts, ensuring correct matching to purchase orders, approval documentation, quality checks, and compliance with company policies.
  • Handling equipment and materials stored at cryogenic temperatures.
  • Completing Master Inspection Checks (MIC) for incoming materials, including transport unloading, temperature monitoring, integrity checks, and related administrative documentation.
  • Filling out forms and logbooks for receiving, picking, and outbound activities in line with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
  • Working closely with the Operations and Quality departments to support Production and Laboratory activities at our start-up site.
  • Maintaining a clean work environment while wearing designated gowning attire.
  • Using two SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to process inbound, picking, and outbound transactions.
  • Collaborating with accounting, suppliers, and business stakeholders to contribute to ongoing operational efficiency.

Profile

  • Associate’s degree or High-School Diploma.
  • You have relevant warehouse experience with a strong affinity to the pharmaceutical environment.
  • You have a detail-oriented character with a strong affinity to perform administrative work, fill out forms, logbooks, follow regular trainings.
  • You have an ability to interact and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization and across different functions.
  • You are a problem solver and have strong analytical and data skills.
  • You follow the procedures strictly to ensure both product quality and personal health & safety are followed at all times.
  • Ability to work independently and successfully.
  • You speak fluent English.

  • You'll work in a 2-shift regime but, you must be comfortable working across all Five of these shifts. 6 AM to 4 PM, 10 AM to 8 PM, 12 PM to 10 PM, 2 PM to 12 AM and 4PM to 02 AM.
