Nando in Wilrijk, Antwerp, is seeking a Waiter/Service Responsible to own the floor and lead during service. The restaurant operates 7 days a week with a flexible schedule, offering a full-time 38h contract. Compensation is €16.00–€18.00 brutto per hour, depending on experience.

You’ll receive meal vouchers, holiday pay, and a 13th month, with uniform provided. Real responsibility on the floor from day one, plus a clear path to manager within 6–12 months.

We're looking for a Waiter / Service Responsible to own the floor: someone who leads by example during service, keeps the room running like clockwork, and makes sure every guest leaves feeling like they just had dinner at home.

What you bring

• Experience as a waiter or shift leader in hospitality
• A natural feel for service and a bit of leadership instinct
• Composure under pressure - busy nights don't rattle you
• Organized, hands-on, solutions over excuses
• English (required), basic Dutch (required); Italian or French is a real plus

Schedule

Restaurant is open 7/7, with 2 days off per week (not fixed, based on the schedule).
