Allianz Belgium is seeking a Portfolio Manager specialized in Workers' Accidents (WAC) for Belgium, based in Brussels within the Benelux Steering department. You will define and execute action plans to elevate the P&C SME and MidCorp portfolio against Allianz rules for technical management.

Key tasks include steering the portfolio, developing underwriting strategy with Underwriting, and driving MidCorp upgrade initiatives. English fluency is required; Dutch and/or French are a plus.

Qualifications

• Master in economics/business orientation.
• Proven underwriting experience in Workers' Accidents.
• Experience in portfolio steering and project management.
• Fluent in English; Dutch or French is a plus.
• Strong data analysis with Excel and dashboards.

Responsabilités

• Portfolio steering and monitoring to drive financial targets.
• Define underwriting strategy to drive profitable growth.
• Manage exceptional underwriting referrals with assigned authorization.
• Define and execute technical product and pricing development for WAC.
• Track macroeconomic developments and translate to portfolio management.
