COS, part of the H&M Group, is seeking a Visual Merchandiser in Belgium to shape an exceptional in-store journey. You will elevate the collection with visually compelling displays, style mannequins, and translate seasonal trends into commercial presentations.

The role requires a strong aesthetic sense, knowledge of fashion trends, and the ability to analyse sales data to inform visual direction. Flexibility for varied hours, including evenings and weekends, is expected.

Qualifications

• Customer-Centric mindset to elevate in-store experiences through storytelling and service.
• Skilled in executing brand visual guidelines, including windows and mannequins.
• Strong fashion knowledge and ability to translate trends into displays.
• Use of KPIs and sales data to inform visual merchandising decisions.

Responsabilités

• Deliver expert styling advice and create a visually compelling store environment.
• Interpret sales data to inform the store's visual direction.
• Design and install impactful window displays reflecting seasonal trends.
• Style mannequins and outfits to inspire customer purchasing decisions.
• Merchandise shop floor in line with brand guidelines for cohesive presentation.
• Support sales team in daily store operations and ensure seamless experience.
• Set and maintain high visual merchandising standards and mentor team members.
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring every visual element reinforces the customer journey.
