Qualifications

• Understanding how to elevate in-store experiences through visual storytelling and excellent customer service.
• Skilled in executing brand visual guidelines, including window displays and in-store presentation.
• Strong understanding of current fashion trends and seasonal styling.
• Experience using KPIs, sales data, and customer feedback to inform decisions.

Responsabilités

• Deliver expert styling advice and create a visually compelling store environment.
• Interpreting sales data and customer insights to guide the visual direction.
• Designing and installing impactful window displays reflecting seasonal trends and brand identity.
• Styling mannequins and outfits to inspire purchasing decisions.
• Merchandising the shop floor in line with company guidelines for cohesive presentation.
• Supporting the sales team in daily store operations and customer experience.
• Setting high visual merchandising standards and training team members.
• Acting as a brand ambassador to ensure engaging customer journeys.
