Econocom Belgium is seeking an ICT VIP Support Engineer in Brussels to deliver high-quality, white-glove IT support to top-level stakeholders, based in the center of Brussels.

You will manage incidents end-to-end, support Mac and Windows environments, configure mobile devices, participate in ICT rollouts, maintain documentation, and help with cybersecurity awareness initiatives while coordinating with executives and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in VIP/Executive IT support across hardware and software.
• Ability to liaise with executives and represent IT with confidentiality.
• Fluent in French and Dutch; good English required.

Responsabilités

• Provide VIP support (hardware & software) including troubleshooting (spam, phishing, connectivity).
• Manage incidents end-to-end and ensure resolution within strict SLAs.
• Handle on-site interventions, scheduling, and priority management.
• Support and manage Mac & Windows environments (±100 Macs / ±200 PCs).
• Configure and support mobile devices (smartphones & tablets).
• Participate in ICT rollouts, migrations, and deployments.
• Maintain and update technical documentation.
• Follow up on equipment orders and ensure smooth delivery.
• Support VIP events and specific IT-related activities.
• Contribute to cybersecurity awareness initiatives.

We are currently looking for an ICT VIP Support Engineer to deliver high-quality, white-glove IT support to top-level stakeholders, based in the center of Brussels.

Your responsibilities

• Provide VIP support (hardware & software) including troubleshooting (SPAM, phishing, connectivity, etc.)
• Manage incidents end-to-end and ensure resolution within strict SLAs
• Handle on-site interventions, scheduling, and priority management
• Support and manage Mac & Windows environments (±100 Macs / ±200 PCs)
• Configure and support mobile devices (smartphones & tablets)
• Participate in ICT rollouts, migrations, and deployments
• Maintain and update technical documentation
• Follow up on equipment orders and ensure smooth delivery
• Support VIP events and specific IT-related activities
• Contribute to cybersecurity awareness initiatives

Technical environment

Windows 10/11, macOS, Office 365, Active Directory, SCCM, Intune, Jamf, VPN (Checkpoint/AnyConnect), networking basics, VMware, Exchange, SharePoint, mobile OS (iOS, Android), and more.

Your profile

• Strong experience in VIP/Executive IT support
• Professional, service-oriented, and able to represent the IT team at executive level
• Excellent communication and discretion (confidentiality is key)
• Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities effectively
• Languages: French, Dutch, and good level of English required

Additional information

• Working hours: between 08:00 and 16:30
• On-call duty: 1 week every 5 weeks (phone only, limited interventions)
