Job summary

UCB in Belgium is seeking a data analytics specialist to join the External Manufacturing Business Excellence team. You will structure and analyze performance data, develop dashboards, and improve visibility to support faster decision-making and priority tracking across partners.

You will harmonize processes, identify use cases for data analytics, automation, and AI, and work with Process Owners, Quality, Supply, IT/Data teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
• Experience in data analysis or business intelligence is expected.
• Fluent English; French is an asset.

Within the External Manufacturing Business Excellence team, you will contribute to accelerating the digital transformation and continuous improvement of activities carried out with our external manufacturing partners. This role offers international and cross-functional exposure at the intersection of data, digital transformation, operational excellence, and biopharmaceutical operations.

Position and Responsibilities

• Structure, consolidate, and analyze performance data from various sources.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and indicators to improve visibility, decision-making, and priority tracking.
• Contribute to the harmonization and digitalization of Business Excellence processes, particularly in the areas of performance, risk, quality, and partner engagement.
• Participate in identifying use cases for data analytics, automation, and artificial intelligence, and support their prototyping and deployment.
• Collaborate with process owners, External Manufacturing, Quality, Supply, IT/Data teams, and other internal stakeholders.
• Document the solutions developed and contribute to their adoption by users.

Your Profile

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Data Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Continuous Improvement, or a related field.
• Initial academic or professional experience in data analysis, Business Intelligence, or process improvement.
• Very good command of Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of Python, SQL, automation, or artificial intelligence is an asset.
• Ability to structure data, produce reliable analyses, and translate results into clear recommendations.
• Analytical mindset, curiosity, attention to detail, autonomy, and a service-oriented approach.
• Fluent English; French is an asset.

• Be between 18 and 28 years old;
