NATO is seeking a Project Assistant (Version Control) to support the POSH programme at SHAPE. The role focuses on maintaining accurate version control of deliverables, ensuring traceability, and coordinating with infrastructure, security and CIS domains.

The incumbent will monitor modifications, maintain logs, assist with handover documentation, and generate performance metrics to support decision making within a high-profile NATO project environment.

Qualifications

• Experience creating and documenting version control.
• Proficient with MS Office tools.
• Experience with PRINCE2 or similar PM methodologies in a project support role.
• Knowledge of Archibus, Planon and Autodesk Construction Cloud.

Responsabilités

• Maintain version control logs and ensure traceability of deliverables across POSH.
• Coordinate with POSH team and Site Coordinators for design and construction disciplines.
• Assist in collecting data to measure modification impacts and improve processes.
• Prepare agendas, minutes and documentation for version control discussions.
• Generate reports on project performance and compliance with the project scope.
