Essensys Management in Belgium seeks a consultant/expert in VCA and ISO 9001 to support a construction and infrastructure-focused company in the Kempen. The role requires hands-on safety leadership and a practical, results-driven mindset.

You will identify safety risks, develop prevention measures, and help prepare a global safety and prevention plan while managing a small team of 3 FTE.

Qualifications

• Experience as safety/prevention advisor or as HSE expert/manager.
• Problem-solver with strong technical background.
• Experience in the construction or infrastructure sector is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assist the company in achieving its VCA and ISO (ISO 9001) certificates.
• Identify safety risks and develop prevention measures.
• Prepare a global safety and prevention plan.
• Manage a team of 3 FTE.
