Cortina Group in Oudenaarde seeks a Logistics Administrative Officer - VAS to act as the administrative and organisational backbone of our Value Added Services. You will ensure VAS assignments are prepared, planned and monitored, enabling warehouse teams to operate efficiently and deliver excellent service to customers.

You will collaborate with Sales, Warehouse, China and external partners, using planning skills, clear communication and attention to detail to keep logistics operations smooth,

Qualifications

• You have at least a secondary education diploma.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain or warehouse administration is an advantage.
• Fluent in Dutch and good command of English.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with ERP systems or AS400 is a plus.
• You work accurately, in a structured and organised way.
• Excellent planning, communication and prioritisation skills.
• Take initiative and remain calm under pressure.
• Team player who enjoys working with diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Plan and follow up of VAS activities and assignments.
• Manage labelling process and print labels.
• Release work orders and monitor VAS planning through AS400.
• Monitor capacity, priorities, lead times and deadlines.
• Coordinate deployment of staff from sheltered workshop partner.
• Ensure work orders and materials are available on time.
• Liaise with Sales, Warehouse, China and external partners daily.
• Support processing of returns and samples and act as back-up when required.
