Cortina invites applications for a Logistics Administrative Officer - Value Added Services (VAS) at our Oudenaarde warehouse. You will serve as the administrative backbone for VAS, ensuring proper preparation, planning and monitoring of assignments and enabling warehouse teams to operate efficiently and deliver excellent service.

You will work closely with Sales, Internal Sales, Warehouse, and China partners.

Qualifications

• Planning and coordinating VAS activities.
• Fluent in Dutch with good English proficiency.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain or warehouse admin is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Plan and follow-up VAS activities from request to execution.
• Manage labelling process and printing of labels.
• Release work orders and monitor VAS planning via AS400.
• Coordinate deployment of workshop staff within warehouse.
• Ensure instructions and materials are available on time.
• Communicate with Sales, Warehouse, and partners daily.
