Jobtailor is seeking an experienced automotive validation specialist to define validation approaches, sign off on results, and drive test plans across European facilities. The role emphasizes leadership, data analysis, and cross-disciplinary collaboration to meet SOP milestones.

You will convert abstract test needs into concrete requests, prepare work instructions for technical cases, and coordinate weekly planning to keep the validation program on track.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Automotive/Electro-Mechanical or equivalent by experience.
• Experience in automotive testing and testing facilities.
• Experience with Hybrid Powertrains and Automatic Transmission is an advantage.
• Experience in technically leading a team.
• English essential
• No visa sponsorship

Responsabilités

• Define the validation approach for assigned domain(s).

• Execute part of the extended product design validation test plan.
• Coordinate data analysis and report development tests.

Define the validation approach for assigned domain(s), including virtual validation
Sign off on validation results at SOP or other milestones
Ensure execution of part of the extended product design validation test plan
Ensure agreed milestones are met
Provide work instructions for specific technical cases
Convert abstract test needs into real test requests
Convert long-term planning into weekly planning
Solve roadblocks that endanger progress and ensure high efficiency
Prepare, coordinate, perform data analysis, and report development tests
Build knowledge of testing facilities throughout Europe
Collaborate with different disciplines to solve roadblocks

Requirements

• Master in Automotive, Electro-Mechanical with a strong interest for automotive or equivalent by experience
• Experience in the field of automotive testing and testing facilities
• Experience with Hybrid Powertrains and Automatic Transmission is an advantage
• Experience in technically leading a team
