NTT DATA Europe & Latam is seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer in Brussels to own end-to-end design across web applications. You will conduct user research and workshops, producing wireframes, flows, and high-fidelity prototypes with Figma, and collaborate closely with Angular developers.

You will maintain a design system based on PrimeNG components, ensuring accessibility and consistency. Ideal candidates have 4+ years of UX/UI design experience, strong Figma skills, and a solid understanding

Qualifications

• Conduct user research and workshops to translate business needs into user-centred designs.
• Create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma (or equivalent).
• Define and maintain a consistent design system based on PrimeNG components, ensuring usability, accessibility, and visual consistency.
• Collaborate with Angular developers to ensure accurate implementation, support user testing, and participate in governance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards and GSC branding guidelines.
• Produce design documentation and participate in Agile@PM² ceremonies throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• 4+ years of UX/UI design experience with an end-to-end design portfolio.
• Strong proficiency with Figma (or equivalent) and component-based design for modern web applications.
• Good understanding of accessibility principles (WCAG 2.1 AA minimum) and enterprise application design (forms, dashboards, workflows).
• Ability to collaborate with frontend developers and present design decisions to technical and business stakeholders.
