Corporify BV in Belgium is seeking a hands-on UX Researcher to turn product ideas into reality. You will work with the product team to safeguard the quality of the SaaS solution and rigorously apply the implementation process from strategy to release.

You’ll conduct user research, harness internal data, and interact with stakeholders to validate prototypes and align the roadmap. A strong, proactive UX researcher who collaborates well with C-level executives will thrive in a hybrid, campus-based

Qualifications

• An inquisitive, analytical mindset.
• Able to take initiative and claim ownership
• Demonstrated experience in UX research
• Able to represent Corporify in interactions with demanding existing and prospective customers up to C-level
• Fluent in Dutch and English. French or any other additional language is a plus
• Experience in SaaS and/or the legal tech domain is a big plus
• A team player who genuinely cares about the people around them

Responsabilités

• User research: Execute user research and harness internal data to shape opportunities and to make sure that our product delights our customers.
• Prototyping: Interact with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in with our product roadmap. Validate novel prototypes and ideas with these stakeholders.
• Next to being hands-on, also offer a strategic or advisory voice throughout the design and development stages. Be the internal spokesperson for our users.
