Job summary

Community Consulting is seeking a UX Designer to shape intuitive, user-centered digital experiences from discovery to validation. You will work with Product Owners, UI designers, developers and stakeholders to translate user needs into usable solutions while ensuring technical feasibility.

Responsibilities include conducting qualitative research, mapping journeys, creating wireframes and prototypes, and running usability tests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Several years of experience in UX, product design, service design or related disciplines.
• Ability to independently manage UX challenges from discovery to validation.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design and qualitative research.
• Experience with user journeys, flows, wireframes and prototypes.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Workshop facilitation and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Clear communication of design decisions.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary Agile environments.
