Job summary

Rhox is seeking a senior UX designer to simplify web and business applications through accessible, user-centered design. You will analyse user and business needs, create personas and journeys, and develop wireframes and interactive prototypes.

You will run user tests, contribute to the design system, and collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts and developers in an Agile environment. Proficiency in English (B1) and Dutch is expected, with French as a bonus.

Qualifications

• Proven UX design experience with web or business applications.
• Figma and ZeroHeight.
• Agile: Scrum, Kanban and sprints.
• Workshop facilitation, communication and listening skills.
• Autonomous working and teamwork.
• English (B1), French (native) and Dutch.
