Stanley/Stella is seeking a Social Media & Content Specialist to strengthen our US presence. You will craft and execute social media strategies, own content planning, and manage campaigns that boost awareness and lead opportunities.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and Creative teams, alongside external partners, to deliver social-first content and multi-channel campaigns that resonate with US audiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Proven success managing both organic social media and paid campaigns.
• Strong understanding of the US digital, social media, and creator landscape.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Creative, and external partners.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute US social media strategy across channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
• Manage day-to-day social activity and maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Grow audience engagement and community participation across networks.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for photography, video, and social-first assets.
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
