EXPLEO Belgium is seeking a UFT Test Automation Engineer with strong testing, automation, and defect handling skills. You will work on OpenText UFT and HP ALM, using VBScript within hybrid frameworks to deliver robust automated test solutions.

Responsibilities include testing across multiple projects, advising product teams on quality improvements, and liaising between management and project teams. The role requires strong communication and independent collaboration within a fast-paced

Qualifications

• ISTQB Foundation certification is required.
• Hands-on experience with OpenText UFT, HP ALM, VBScript, and Hybrid Automation Frameworks.
• Proven experience creating and maintaining automated test scripts with OpenText UFT.
• Experience optimising object repositories and test scripts for performance and reusability.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking with good communication and reporting skills.

• Test activities across multiple projects and advise product teams on quality improvements.
• Align testing activities with customer objectives; act as a liaison between management and project teams.
• Collaborate with team to build cutting-edge automation technologies and participate in training and coaching.
• Maintain clear reporting and follow up on test results and defects.
