Motive Partners is looking for a Software Engineer (TypeScript) based in Ghent, Belgium, to build a category-defining product from the ground up. This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple levels and stacks.

You will own the features you build, collaborate with product and design, and contribute to a modern tech stack. Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and enthusiasm for working across the full stack.
• Experience with building applications using modern frameworks.
• Comfortable with relational databases and some exposure to cloud infrastructure.

• Own features end-to-end from understanding to monitoring in production.
• Participate in code reviews and architectural decisions.
