VS Consulting Group in Brussels and Lille is seeking a Treasury Consultant to lead complex treasury transformation initiatives, combining operations expertise with technology implementation and advisory delivery.

You will redesign operating models, implement TMS solutions, optimize cash and liquidity, and advise clients on risk, funding, and banking relationships, working with a multilingual team across Europe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in treasury consulting, corporate treasury, TMS implementation, and financial transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of treasury operations and best practices.
• Experience with treasury process design and optimization.
• Experience in treasury systems (Kyriba, Diapason, TIS,...), Excel modeling, AI and digital tools.
• Excellent oral & written communication skills in French and English
• Ability to build relationships and deliver pragmatic, value-driven solutions.
• Autonomy & teamwork: You take ownership and work efficiently with others.

Responsabilités

• Assess and redesign treasury operating models, processes, and controls.
• Conduct treasury diagnostics assessments and benchmark analyses
• Advise clients on cash, working capital management, financial risk, treasury policies and digitalization initiatives
• Lead or support end-to-end TMS implementation projects.
• Gather and document business and functional requirements.
• Design future-state treasury processes and system architecture.
• Configure and test TMS solutions.
• Manage integrations with ERP systems, Banking platforms, Payment hubs etc
• Coordinate data migration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities.
• Deliver user training and post-go-live support.
• Optimise cash management structures, payment processes and working capital management.
• Support cash & liquidity management: cash forecasting, cashpooling and liquidity positions
• Manage financial risks: FX, interest rate, counterparty risks and hedging strategies
• Advise on funding strategies & banks relationships

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Treasury Consultant with a combination of treasury operations expertise, treasury technology implementation experience, and consulting/project delivery skills who wants to lead complex treasury transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Treasury Advisory

• Assess and redesign treasury operating models, processes, and controls.
• Conduct treasury diagnostics assessments and benchmark analyses
• Advise clients on cash, working capital management, financial risk, treasury policies and digitalization initiatives

Treasury Management System (TMS) Implementation

• Lead or support end-to-end TMS implementation projects.
• Gather and document business and functional requirements.
• Design future-state treasury processes and system architecture.
• Configure and test TMS solutions.
• Manage integrations with: ERP systems, Banking platforms, Payment hubs etc
• Coordinate data migration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities.
• Deliver user training and post-go-live support.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in: Treasury consulting, Corporate treasury, TMS implementation, and Financial transformation programs
• Strong understanding of treasury operations and best practices.
• Experience with treasury process design and optimization.
• Experience in treasury systems (Kyriba, Diapason, TIS,...), Excel modeling, AI and digital tools.
• Excellent oral & written communication skills in French and English
• Ability to build relationships and deliver pragmatic, value-driven solutions.
• Autonomy & teamwork: You take ownership and work efficiently with others
