Sopra Steria Next in Belgium seeks a Senior Consultant in Transport to lead strategic and operational transformation initiatives for public and private transport stakeholders. You will help shape future-ready operating models and roadmaps for mobility players, coordinating across business and IT with senior clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consulting experience with exposure to Transport or Mobility.
• Understanding of transport sector dynamics (public transport, rail, road, logistics).
• Experience in digital transformation or large-scale change programmes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate strategy into initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, including senior leadership.

Responsabilités

• Support and lead consulting engagements with transport and mobility clients on strategic, organisational and digital transformation topics.
• Contribute to the definition of transformation strategies, target operating models and actionable roadmaps.
• Analyse current operating models and IT landscapes; design target states and improvements.
• Support delivery of large-scale transformation programmes (smart mobility, data platforms, etc.).
• Facilitate workshops with business and IT stakeholders; contribute to proposals and business development.
