MPL in Antwerp is seeking a Transport Planner - Team France to manage daily road transports and handle administrative follow-up. You will accept transport orders, ensure execution, and take timely actions if delivery times are not met.

You will process orders in the company system, prepare documents and planning, maintain client follow-ups, and serve as the key interface between customers and internal divisions, using your knowledge of transport and logistics to strengthen relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to communicate with customers and suppliers.
• Fluent in Dutch and French (speaking and writing).
• Team spirit and personal development are key to this role.

As Transport Planner - Team France you are responsible for the daily management of road transports. You also ensure the administrative follow-up.
In first instance you are responsible for accepting transport orders and ensuring the execution of the agreed transport orders. If agreed delivery times are not met, you take the necessary actions. You process customer and transport orders in the company system and prepare the necessary documents and planning.You take care of the follow up with the client on their shipments and will act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions. You use an extensive knowledge of the transport and logistics sector to make recommendations for good customer relations.
