MPL is seeking a Transport Planner - Team Europe in Antwerp. You will manage daily road transports, handle the administrative follow-up, and ensure orders are executed while maintaining strong customer relations.

You will communicate with partners, prepare documents, and act as the key interface between customers and internal divisions, leveraging knowledge of the transport sector to improve service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication with partners (customers & suppliers).
• Dutch language very good; German knowledge is a plus.

As Transport Planner - Team Europe you are responsible for the daily management of road transports. You also ensure the administrative follow-up. You are responsible for accepting transport orders and ensuring the execution of the agreed transport orders. If agreed delivery times are not met, you take the necessary actions. You process customer and transport orders in the company system and prepare the necessary documents and planning. You take care of the follow up with the client on their shipments and will act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions. You use an extensive knowledge of the transport and logistics sector to make recommendations for good customer relations.

• You are strong in communicating with various partners (customers and suppliers).
• We expect you to speak and write Dutch very good. Knowledge of German is a plus.
