DSV is looking for a Transport Administrator in Mechelen. You provide essential administrative support to the transport team, process shipments, manage documents, and keep systems up to date to ensure smooth operations.

You are fluent in Dutch, detail‑oriented, organized, and good with Excel. The role requires rotating shifts (06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00); join a team at a global logistics leader focused on performance and growth.

Qualifications

• Initial experience in an administrative or back-office support role.
• Fluent in Dutch, both written and spoken.
• Comfortable in a logistics, transport or operational environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
• Good organizational and planning skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
• Willingness to work in a rotating shift system (06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00).

Responsabilités

• Creating and processing transport shipments in our systems.
• Preparing and managing CMR documents.
• Sending EDI messages to carriers and monitoring transmission.
• Managing shared mailboxes and handling requests.
• Providing administrative support to transport operations.
• Ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
• Supporting colleagues with operational follow-up and documentation.
