Job summary

Securitas Technology Belgium is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to bridge business needs and IT solutions across Belgium and Luxembourg. You will analyse requirements, translate them into clear functional specifications for developers and ensure IT solutions effectively support business processes.

You’ll work in both Agile and Waterfall environments, collaborating with stakeholders, application owners, and project teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent.
At least 3 years as IT Business Analyst.
Strong in business process and functional analysis.
Ability to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Fluent in French and English.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements.
Translate business needs into functional specifications for developers.
Map the impact of IT changes on processes and systems.
Support projects through the full lifecycle: analysis, development, testing, acceptance, production and aftercare.
Prepare and coordinate functional testing and test plans.
Support data conversion and system transitions.
Manage IT changes and prepare documentation for releases and service transitions.
Provide functional support and assist with incident management.
Prepare documentation and training for end users.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, application owners, developers and project teams.
