Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in Business Analysis or ICT projects.
• Proven experience working within complex IT environments for public sector or governmental organizations.
• Expertise in Process Mapping, Requirements Management, and Risk & Quality Management.
• Fluent in Dutch or French with passive knowledge of the other language.

Responsabilités

• Define and document clear requirements and standards for traffic initiatives.
• Identify tasks, dependencies, and risks; report progress to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain quality management plans to meet standards.
• Manage relationships with internal and external partners to ensure project success.
• Document technical and functional information for knowledge transfer.
• Contribute to the long-term ecosystem vision by evaluating new technologies.
• Collaborate with data protection experts for impact assessments and risk analyses.
