Ask Athena is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support our brand across Europe. You will help develop and execute marketing tools to ensure communications are visually striking and message‑driven.

In this role you’ll craft collateral with InDesign/Illustrator, coordinate with printers, and collaborate with regional teams. A creativity‑driven, organised mindset and English fluency are essential; Dutch/French are a plus. This is a permanent, on‑site position at our European HQ.

Qualifications

Degree in marketing, communication, or graphic design.
1–3 years of experience is a plus.
Creative and well-organised with a strong eye for visuals.
A focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong sense of color, layout and branding.

Responsabilités

Manage and develop marketing collaterals (luggage, lifestyle bags & accessories).
Create artworks and layouts in InDesign and Illustrator.
Update collateral matrices in Excel and coordinate with printers.
Coordinate with external printing vendors in Belgium, Hungary and Asia.
Develop campaign visuals and roll out ads for multiple European countries.
Support events, trade fairs and presentations; prepare materials.
Develop Lookbooks twice a year (Spring/Summer, Fall/Winter).
Create and maintain brand assets and PowerPoint presentations for the retail team.
Maintain and evolve brand guidelines.
