Kal Tire in Alberta is seeking a Tire Technician to support daily shop service, installing, repairing, and balancing tires while keeping operations running smoothly. This is a full-time role with both full-time and part-time hours available for the duration of the contract.

Qualifications

• Previous tire technician or automotive experience or training is preferred.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs repeatedly and stay active throughout the shift.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

As a Tire Technician, you’ll support the day-to-day service work in the shop, installing, repairing, and maintaining tires while helping keep operations running smoothly. This is a temporary position with full-time and part-time hours available for the duration of the contract.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs repeatedly and stay active throughout the shift

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Hours of Operation:
  • Monday to Friday: 7:30 - 18:00
  • Saturday: 8:00 - 17:00
  • Sunday: Closed
• Multiple Training Dates Starting: September 14, 2026

Shifts will be scheduled within store operating hours and may include weekends.
