Koda Staff is seeking a Third Party Risk Manager to ensure effective management of cybersecurity risks related to third parties and to enforce cybersecurity requirements within processes, aligning with the CISO strategy and regulatory frameworks.

You will lead the development of a robust TPRM framework, monitor risk mitigation measures, and communicate processes to ensure compliance with GDPR, DORA, SRB, and EBA standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in third-party risk management, cybersecurity, or compliance.
• Deep understanding of regulatory compliance and security governance.
• Fluent in French, Dutch and English.

Responsabilités

• Establish, maintain, and continuously improve the cybersecurity third party risk management framework, aligned with regulatory and industry standards.
• Define, monitor, and document risk mitigation measures, acceptance conditions, and related action plans.
• Maintain and communicate TPRM processes to ensure compliance with regulations (e.g. SRB, EBA, GDPR, DORA).
• Lead the review, monitoring and reporting of incidents impacting third parties.

Currently I am supporting a valuable client with the search for a Third Party Risk Manager to ensure effective management of cybersecurity risks related to third parties as well as the integration and enforcement of cybersecurity requirements within processes, in alignment with the CISO strategy, regulatory frameworks, and the organization’s standards.

What You'll Do:

• Establish, maintain, and continuously improve the cybersecurity third party risk management framework, in alignment with applicable regulatory and industry standards.
• Define, monitor, and document risk mitigation measures, acceptance conditions, and related action plans.
• Maintain and communicate TPRM processes and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations (e.g. SRB, EBA, GDPR, DORA).
• Lead the review, monitoring and reporting of incidents impacting third parties.

What You'll Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in third-party risk management, cybersecurity, or compliance.
• Deep understanding of regulatory compliance and security governance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong knowledge and experience with TPRM processes and procedures.
• French/Dutch + English
