• Develop test protocols, acceptance criteria, and traceability matrices.
• Conduct hands-on testing of sensors, cameras, and modules.
• Automate test procedures using LabVIEW, Python or similar tools.
• Analyze test results and propose corrective actions.
• Improve test methodologies, tools, and infrastructure for industrialization.
• Collaborate with R&D and quality teams for product improvements.
• Mentor junior engineers within the team.

As a Test & Validation Engineer you will be instrumental in validating advanced imaging systems, from prototype to industrialization, ensuring they meet both customer and regulatory standards. You will also mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement in our testing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement validation and verification plans for new products and platforms.
• Develop test protocols, acceptance criteria and traceability matrices.
• Conduct hands‑on testing of sensors, cameras, and modules, covering electrical, optical, mechanical and environmental aspects.
• Automate test procedures using LabVIEW, Python or similar tools.
• Analyze test results, identify root causes and propose corrective actions.
• Improve test methodologies, tools and infrastructure to support scalable industrialization.
• Collaborate with R&D, project management, quality and operations teams to support design reviews and product improvements.
• Mentor junior engineers and share best practices within the team.
