Keystone Solutions seeks a seasoned consultant to deliver a Technical Lead mission for our client. You will operate within a consultancy framework, steering architecture, upholding codebase integrity, and enabling delivery excellence on-site at the client.

Responsibilities include owning software architecture, enforcing standards, and coaching the team to raise overall capability while ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and timelines.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering with 3+ years as tech lead or solution designer.
• Hands-on production experience with Next.js/React in TypeScript (2+ projects).
• Proven Sitecore headless setup experience.
• Backend services with .NET 8+.
• Available onsite at least 2 days per week.
• C1 English proficiency (spoken and written).

Responsabilités

• Own software architecture and ensure alignment with delivery.
• Guard codebase integrity and promote reuse.
• Ensure standards for security, performance and scalability.
• Detail high-level solution into an executable design for devs, infra, and vendors.
• Shape requirements with product and QA, surface dependencies early.
• Identify and manage dependencies to prevent sprint blockers.
• Set up and improve CI/CD environments and tooling.
• Coach developers through pairing and reviews to raise team capability.
• Act as technical point of contact to other teams and vendors.
