Job summary

Gumption Group seeks a Test Manager/Coordinator to oversee and drive the QA process for client projects. You will own the end-to-end QA activities, coordinating a team and reporting progress to stakeholders with clear communication and accountability.

You will help optimize the testing strategy, mentor team members, and contribute to day-to-day testing efforts when required. The role favors proactive leaders with broad QA knowledge and client-facing skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of multiple QA methodologies and best practices
• Good understanding of SDLC concepts (Agile, BDD, Shift-left DevOps) and QA fit
• Motivating and inspiring leadership to drive teams and stakeholders
• Ability to quickly understand client sectors and opportunities
• Experience with automation testing is a plus

Job description

• As Test manager / coordinator, you will use your expertise and Brightest best practices to oversee and manage the implemented test process
• You will manage and take end responsibility of all QA activities at a customer
• You will communicate fluently and clearly with your team members and report to the various stakeholders on the process and the progress made
• You will make suggestions to improve the current process where necessary
• You are willing to help with day-to-day testing activities when needed

Your background

• You have knowledge of multiple QA methodologies and best practices
• You have a good understanding of various SDLC concepts and processes (Agile, BDD, Shift-left DevOps) and how QA fits into these
• You have a motivating and inspiring personality who can pull teams and stakeholders along
• You are able to quickly understand the sector in which the client operates
• You are able to detect opportunities during client projects
• Additional technical experience and/or knowledge of automation testing is a plus
