Job summary

Médiane Benelux is seeking talented Quality Assurance / Test Engineers to join our network of clients across Antwerp. You will define and execute test strategies, design plans, and build automation frameworks to ensure high-quality software across web, mobile, embedded and enterprise solutions.

You will collaborate with developers, product owners, and project managers, perform functional, regression, performance, and load testing, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of software testing / QA experience.
• Hands-on test automation with Selenium, Playwright, or Appium.
• Scripting knowledge: Python, JavaScript, Java, or similar.
• Experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaborative mindset.
• Fluent in English; Dutch or French is a plus.

Responsibilities

Job Description

We are looking for talented Quality Assurance / Test Engineers to join our network of clients across Antwerp. Multiple organizations are seeking skilled QA professionals to ensure the quality and reliability of their digital products, from web and mobile applications to embedded and enterprise software.

As a QA/Test Engineer, you will be responsible for defining and executing test strategies, designing test plans, and building test automation frameworks. You will collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and project managers to ensure that software meets the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test plans and test cases
• Build and maintain test automation frameworks (web, API, mobile, desktop)
• Perform functional, regression, performance, and load testing
• Track and report defects, follow up on issue resolution, and communicate effectively with all stakeholders

Profile / Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in software testing / QA
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Appium)
• Knowledge of scripting or programming languages (Python, JavaScript, Java, or similar)
• Familiarity with software development processes and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Fluent in English; Dutch or French is a plus

Nice-to-Have / Bonus

• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Git, Docker, Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of performance testing, security testing, or accessibility testing
• Certification in software testing (ISTQB, TMap, WAPT)
• Experience in QA for automotive, supply chain, or enterprise solutions
