Job summary

Sogeti Belgium is seeking a seasoned Test Manager to lead testing initiatives across customer projects. You will oversee test planning, execution, and the test organization's overall delivery, ensuring quality and on-time releases.

You will coach and recruit team members, drive test process improvements, and act as a key contact for the test management domain, delivering training to colleagues and customers in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree.
• At least 7 years of experience in testing computer systems and improving test processes.
• Experience in leading a test team as Test Manager/Lead.
• Knowledge of the TMap Next test cycle and techniques.
• Fluent in Dutch OR French, with a good knowledge of English.
