Our client is an automotive company specializing in the production of hybrid transmissions. They have a robust R&D team with state‑of‑the‑art test facilities, and comprehensive operational capabilities.

To expand their R&D team, we are looking for a Test Engineer to join the Validation team. In this role, you will be responsible for the test management of a specific part or module one of their products.

Responsibilities

• Translate specific test requests into clear test procedures and determine which test equipment is required.
• Convert test requirements into practical and feasible test plans.
• Responsible for implementing a part of the extensive product design validation program and monitor the planned milestones.
• Translate medium‑term planning into efficient weekly planning and proactively address obstacles to ensure progress.
• Prepare, coordinate, and execute development tests, including (data) analysis and clear reporting of the results.
• Work closely with colleagues (e.g. Validation Engineer, Technicians, Planner, …) to quickly resolve any bottlenecks.
• Guide efforts in accordance with ISO 17025 quality standards.
